Here is a quick tutorial on creating a test for newer users to Sample Master and I have also added the brochure for our upcoming bootcamp where we will go over this informaton as well as all other ins and outs of Sample Master Workstation.

1)Open Tests Function in the Maintenance Module (the one at the very bottom left of the main menu).

2)Select New Test in the Ribbon (The very top part of Access).

3)Create your test selecting the matrix and test name then selecting ok.

4)Give the Test a Method and Department Order, you may get the department order from another test or         make your own order making sure there is an analysis department type as these are needed for the test       to show in Results Entry

5)Select Params in the Ribbon and add the necessary parameters for the Test as these are also needed for       the test to work and show in Results Entry and anywhere else the parameters are shown.

Here is some quick info on Auto Reporting and Auto Invoicing on who the emails get sent to.

For automated emails from auto reporting those are sent to all contacts for the customer  in the customer function that have a listed email so who gets those reports is based off if they have an email in their contact. As for Auto Invoicing it is emailed to the billing contact specified on that order if one was selected in sample login otherwise it is sent to the “BillTo” email specified for the customer in the customers function.

Here is a bit of quick information on Exporting Data from Sample Master Workstation's Results Entry.

Compared to Sample Master Web if you wish to export data from results entry you need to select all the records you want to export via the checkbox and then in the ribbon for results entry select the export option which will allow you to select which file type you wish.
